Returns 
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it for a refund hassle free within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in resaleable condition. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Buyer must email us at info@getlucid-art.com before attempting to return any item or part. We will replay back with a return form. Do Not Ship Any Item Back With Out Contacting us First At info@getlucid-art.com

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which we can look up for you.

Buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please pack the return well in the original packaging to avoid damage. The buyer is responsible for returning the item and should save the return shipment tracking number and purchase adequate shipping insurance.
